Inspired by history:As you know, the first philosophical school, founded by Plato in 387 BC, was located in a sacred olive grove known as the Academy.

This garden became a place for deep reflection, discussion and self-discovery. I see this as a great similarity to our healing walks, which also take place in the surroundings of nature, promoting inner growth and self-discovery.

    Tatiana, I want to say that after our work together, my life began to unfold in a different way. I started to hear my body better, started to establish contact between my mind, body and desires. Everything that hindered me either started to go away or ceased to be a burden. For example, emotional support for my family stopped being a burden for me and became a joy. I don't know how it happened, but now I don't have an internal aversion to solving most of life's problems on my own, only for my family. This inspires me a lot now. The feeling that I am needed has returned. My family has always been grateful to me. They always praised me. But my inner critic didn't hear it.
