General terms and conditions of use of services (User Agreement)

In this case, upon expiry of the specified period, the provision of services will be terminated automatically at the end of the specified period of provision of services; no action on your part is required to terminate the services.

METHOD OF PAYMENTYou can see the available payment methods for our services on the website.If you pay for services by bank transfer, you must notify us of the payment and send an image of the documents confirming the payment to the email address provided on the website. You understand that by paying for services by bank transfer, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service.We reserve the right, at any time, at our discretion, to change the method of payment for the purchased service (package of services) and/or to refuse the previously offered method of payment by offering alternative methods of payment.
RETURN POLICY AND RESCHEDULING OF SERVICESCancellation or postponement policyWe have created conditions when the User can book and pay for the service at the latest time - 10 minutes before the start of the service (if slots are available). This gives the User the opportunity to consciously approach the issue of booking and paying for the service. The User can accept this opportunity or refuse and choose another time for the consultation when they are sure to attend the online consultation.
Due to this, and our commitment to provide services at an affordable price, we refuse to refund the cost of the service.
TRANSFER OF SERVICETransfer of the service is not allowed. In case the User does not connect to the counselling or does not connect in time - this is the responsibility of the User, in any case the payment is not refundable.
In the case of a package purchase (6 or 12 consultations), postponement is allowed (1 or 2 consultations respectively) provided that the User notifies us at least 24 hours in advance using the feedback form on the website, text message or messenger message.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDEDWe declare that the knowledge and skills acquired by SE Yanishevska Tetiana are sufficient to provide psychological help in the issues indicated on the site and are confirmed by diploma and certificates of training, as well as a certificate of membership in the National Psychological Association of Ukraine.Disclaimer of warrantiesBy purchasing services (package of services, programme) you understand that you are provided with a therapeutic space in which you can reflect on important events in your life, relive unexpressed emotions, receive therapeutic help, and make important decisions.All feelings, experiences, decisions and actions are the product of your personality, for which you alone are responsible.
We make no warranty that your use of the services will achieve financial or any other results. The information provided during your use of the services is for guidance only.By purchasing paid services you agree that you will use the result of counselling and therapy solely at your own discretion and are solely responsible for this. SE Yanushevska Tetiana accepts no responsibility for any possible loss of profit, reputational or other risks you may incur after receiving therapy. The results that you get as a result of receiving services depend on many factors that are purely individual and client-specific. These include your personality traits, doing your homework diligently, and factors in the environment in which you live and work.The results of different users may vary significantly when using the same services. CONTRACT TERMThe agreement to use the website shall be deemed to be for an indefinite period and shall continue until terminated by you or us.A service contract concluded in connection with the purchase of a prepaid service package or booking of a service is valid until the parties' obligations are fulfilled in full.
DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICESYou have the right to stop using the site and services at any time, without giving a reason. To stop using paid services, please notify us by contacting our customer support team at the phone number listed on the site or by text via the contact form.Please note, once you have cancelled the services (cancelled the agreement), you will lose access to the available services. In any event, the agreement may not be terminated before the end of the minimum paid period or the end of the term of the services.We may cancel the agreement (contract) we have made with you at any time if:(A) you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have done anything which clearly shows that you are unwilling or unable to comply with the Terms), or(B) we are required to do so by law (for example, if it is illegal or no longer legal to provide services to you), or(B) SE Yanushevska Tetiana stops providing the Services in the country in which you reside or use the Services, or(D) the provision of services becomes unprofitable from the point of view of SE Yanushevska TetianaIf you attempt to interfere with the SE Yanushevska Tetiana website, servers or other automated systems or flagrantly violate the Terms and Conditions, or if we suspect you of doing so, we may suspend or completely block your access to the website and services.Unilateral cancellation of the contract for compelling reasonsEach party has the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally for valid reasons, in particular we have the right to cancel your account and terminate the user agreement if you repeatedly and flagrantly breach the Terms of Agreement or these terms and conditions, as well as in the event of arrears of payment.

With regard to the legislation on consumer protection, the legislation of the user's country of residence shall apply.
CONSENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHYBy attending any offline events of SE Yanushevska Tetiana and (seminars, retreats, events and forums), you consent to the taking of photos and video of the event with your participation, as well as TV or radio broadcasting of the event.You agree that we may subsequently use photographs and videos containing your image.This site uses cookies.
