CounsellingYour individual session time is reserved especially for you. Being on time for your session is very valuable. If you are 15 minutes or more late, the counsellor reserves the right not to conduct the session. Keep in mind that if you are late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Cancellation on our partWe reserve the right to change or cancel any consultation in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel an appointment, we will let you know as soon as possible. The counsellor will then contact you to arrange a new appointment time.
 We reserve the right to cancel any group or workshop 24 hours in advance if the number of applications is less than five per group/seminar.
Cancellation on your part1. We have created conditions that allow the User to book a counselling session even 10 minutes before the start of the session, if there is a slot available. This allows you to make an informed decision, book and pay for the consultation with full confidence that the User will attend and receive the service.
We therefore refuse to issue refunds for services paid for.
Postponement of the consultation is also not foreseen or allowed.
2. Payment for the consultation must be made by the user within 10 minutes of booking on https://ty-healthy-life.biz via the payment system provided. In any other case we reserve the right to cancel the consultation.
PackagesAll packages purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages are for 50 minute online sessions. You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the first session and receive a full refund. If payment is not received in advance, the client forfeits their counselling sessions.
All paid consultations must be completed within 2 months from the date of purchase. This offer is subject to availability.
